If vacations are supposed to be relaxing, then why is traveling so stressful? Sometimes, it seems as thought it would be easier to just stay home, but you don’t need to give up on your trip! Make sure you get plenty of rest the night before you leave, before undergoing any major traveling. A lack of sleep can cause you to make poor decisions and causes forgetfulness. The consequences of bad choices when traveling are far more severe, than normal, so make sure you’re well rested.
