We are delighted to announce the lucky winner of CDI’s first project competition.
The winner project is: Community development throuth IT trainning in Rio.
The correct answer to the question: “Name one Latin American country that is celebrating 200 years of Indepedence in 2009″ is either Bolivia or Ecuador.
